While we appreciate each and every order, we also understand that sometimes a product may not to be your liking, or that you may have ordered incorrectly. If either condition fits you, please follow the below guidelines for a quick and easy experience.
If you need to return your purchase for any reason we are always happy to accept your return for a refund of the product cost minus any shipping. We ask that you contact us within 30 Days to arrange for a Return, and that you have your Order Number available as it streamlines the process and allows us to handle your request quickly and efficiently. Once a product is returned to us and shows as delivered, we ask that you allow 7-10 days for your order to be processed and show up as refunded on your credit card. Some credit card companies take longer to reflect a credit than others, so please be patient as this is out of our control and we do try and get to returns in a timely fashion.
If you need to exchange a product, the process is very similar but the circumstances may differ. Using the contact form on our website please be sure to include your Order Number, reason for return, and required replacement part number.
