Returns & Exchanges

While we appreciate each and every order, we understand that sometimes a product may not be to every customers liking, or that a product may have been ordered incorrectly. If either condition fits you, please follow the below guidelines for a quick and easy experience.

 Returns:

    If you need to return your purchase, we ask that you contact customer support on our website "CONTACT US" who is standing by to help with RETURN GUIDELINES and RMA.  We ask that you contact us within 30 days of purchase and suggest that you have your order number available, as it streamlines the process and allows us to handle your request quickly and efficiently. 

Please ship your return with TRACKING & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION # so that you know where your return is as it makes it's way to us. *PLEASE NOTE that without a tracking number and delivery confirmation we cannot accept responsibility for returns/exchanges not received.

Once your tracking # shows your return delivered, Please allow us aprox; 5-7 business days to process your return and refund your account. Some credit card companies take longer to reflect a credit than others, so we ask for your patience as this is out of our control.

We are happy to accept your return and will refund the product cost, minus any shipping cost.

 

Exchanges:

    If you need to exchange a product, perhaps for smaller or larger size, different color or material or clip vs loop holster, Whatever it is, we are happy to help set this up, and ask that you contact customer support on our website "CONTACT US" within 30 days for EXCHANGE GUIDELINES and EMA. We suggest that you have your order number available, and what you would like to exchange for, as it streamlines the process and allows us to handle your request quickly and efficiently.

Once your tracking shows your exchange delivered, Please allow approx; 3-5 business days to process the exchange and set up the new shipment.

We ship USPS and ask that you allow the shipping time from us to you.
